Online Shops http://www.larrysbeans.com/ - This is a local roaster right here in Raleigh, NC that we used when we had the Dessert Cafe.  Their coffee is the absolute BEST around.  My 2 favorite blends are Frank Sumatra and Secret Espresso #17 http://www.jelks-coffee.com/ - This is another supplier we used when we had the Dessert Cafe.  They have a large assortment of flavored coffees and other coffee "stuff".
