Weight Loss I started on my weight loss journey in October 2008. I have been on and off my "program" since then (about a month on and a month off alternating). Due to life changes and other things getting in the way I just got lazy and did not keep up with things. However, I have continued to lose weight a little at a time. My ultimate goal with my weight loss is to lose 100 pounds total. I have broken this down into 2 smaller goals of 50 pounds. I have reached 18 pounds of the first half of my milestones. The weight didn't get put on overnight and it's not going to come off overnight. But with the aid of a particular product I am able to start losing weight without feeling hungry, without having to drink shakes or eat diet bars that taste like cardboard and without having to totally deny myself those delicious foods I love so much. I will be posting more information about how I'm losing my weight (as well as a progress report on the My Story page) on this page. Please be patient while I get everything put together.
